Testimonials
Antonio
We did an extension with Salvatore. We needed to extend downstairs 4 meters through the garden and to renew all the 1st floor. Salvatore started in July and in November he has built: the new area, a new kitchen, an utility room and a fully equipped bathroom. He collaborated with an architect so we had a nice project. He also provides all the certificates. The house now looks very good and cozy, all the spaces have been used and there is not a waste of space; the quality is also good and if you don't like something you can discuss it with him to find a solution . Also, he is very nice and trusted person : we didn't have any kind of problem leaving him alone; he also had our keys. And today this is very important, or at least it's important to us. We plan on doing some other work next year with him upstairs and outside.

Thank you for carrying out the project with professionalism and experience with dedication and details to finish. Mr. Salvatore has been contract to carry out repairs on roof and other internal works such as kitchen and bathroom to tiling and also painting to finish to a walk in condition he has surprised everyone for his timing and detail in the profession he strives in. We are delighted with the final result and hopefully as soon as another project may arise you will be the first number to call.

Salvatore did an amazing job with my apartment that was rebuilt from scratch by him. We wanted to have a second bathroom, enlarge an existing room and re-do all the electrical, replace cabinets and the painting of the whole apartment. Salvatore was the only one in charge of hiring contractors to do the wood flooring, and to coordinate all the work (that was done in 6 months). The most challenging part was to create the second bathroom from scratch and do all the plumbing work, given the little space available and tight timeline. He worked with special tiles too since we wanted Moroccan tiles and they had to be treated and built differently from standards tiles. The apartment came out great and I'm very happy with it and with Salvatore's attitude towards work. He's very professional and passionate about his job as well as extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing or electrical work as well as painting and anything else to fix in an apartment!
