This project came to us through a referral from a satisfied past client, which is always a great way to start.
The job kicked off in March 2022, with the couple eager to extend their ground floor by 20 square meters and give their home a more modern, comfortable feel. Salvatore worked closely with the architect and engineer to create a design solution that the clients loved.
The work got underway with very few changes to the original plans. We faced a few minor challenges along the way, but they were handled quickly and with minimal disruption.

One suggestion we made was to install underfloor heating, which would make the home warmer, more comfortable, and energy efficient—a suggestion the clients were happy to embrace.
As the family was living in a rental during the renovation, they were naturally eager to return to their newly improved home. We’re pleased to say that the job was completed on time, and the clients were thrilled with the result.
