This project came to us through one of our collaborating architects, who referred a client looking to completely renovate their newly purchased home, before moving out of their rental.
The renovation plans were extensive, including the removal of the chimney and fireplace on both the ground and first floors, installation of a new electrical, heating, water heating system.

As the project neared completion, the clients requested some modifications to the architectural design of a library wall that had been constructed. This wasn’t an issue for us at all—we know that sometimes clients refine their vision once they see it take shape in real life. We collaborated closely with both the clients and the architect to redesign the wall, continuing the work while the clients were abroad on vacation. When they returned, they were thrilled with the result, finding the changes to be exactly what they had envisioned!
